Terms for Selling to Affordable Luxury
Important Information Before Submitting an Item
Please carefully review the brands, models, and product categories that we purchase before submitting an inquiry or sending an item to us.
You may either deliver your item to us in person or send it via fully insured shipping. We strongly recommend that all items are shipped with full insurance coverage. The seller remains responsible for the item until it has been received and accepted by Affordable Luxury.
Price Estimates and Valuation
All price estimates and valuations provided by Affordable Luxury are based solely on the information, photographs, and details supplied by the seller at the time of inquiry.
If the item differs from the information provided, including but not limited to condition, model, size, color, accessories, age, provenance, or any other value affecting factor, Affordable Luxury reserves the right to adjust the previously quoted price, withdraw the valuation, or decline the purchase altogether. The final purchase price can only be determined after the item has undergone a thorough physical inspection and authentication.
This document is not binding upon either party and serves solely as an estimate of the amount you may receive should you choose to sell your item. The final purchase price is determined only after a complete inspection of the item or items has been conducted. The amount offered may vary depending on factors such as brand, model, condition, included accessories, market demand, and the selected sales method.
If you accept the price proposed by Affordable Luxury, a separate agreement will be sent to you for signature. No agreement shall become binding until it has been signed by both parties.
Collection of Items
If you submit an item for valuation in our physical showroom and choose not to accept our offer, or if the estimate expires, the item must be collected within 48 hours of notification. Thereafter, Affordable Luxury reserves the right to charge a storage fee of SEK 299 per item and day until collection.
For items shipped to us, the seller is responsible for any return shipping costs should the item be returned.
Counterfeit Items
Affordable Luxury conducts a thorough authentication process on all submitted items.
If an item is determined to be counterfeit during our final inspection, an authentication and administration fee of SEK 1,195 per counterfeit item will be charged. This fee covers the costs associated with authentication, administration, documentation, and handling.
In such cases, the item must be collected promptly and no later than 72 hours after notification has been given. If the item is not collected, it may be returned to the seller at the seller’s expense, including shipping and handling costs.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting, delivering, or shipping an item to Affordable Luxury for valuation or sale, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
