Payments
Our entire selection is unique and we therefore only have one of each item in stock. We do however often have the exact same model or one similar, in the same, higher or in a lower price-range that you could choose from. Would an item be sold out, we always give you the opportunity to choose another product or a full refund.
Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with all order details and an order number directly to the email address provided during checkout. Order processing and fulfilment takes approximately 1-2 business days. You will then receive an email confirming shipping and tracking number. Shipping time depends on the shipping speed selected at checkout. Kindly note that the time of fulfillment varies and may take longer during high seasons.
You may also choose to collect your order in showroom in Gamla stan, Stockholm. All store-pickups must be collected within 72 hours, or you may be eligible for late fees. We also reserve the right to cancel your order unless you notify us of a late pickup within 72 hours from the purchase date.

Yes, you may collect your online order in our Showroom in Gamla stan, Stockholm. This option is currently only available in the Scandinavian region.

Returns and Exchanges
We always strife to describe each and every product accordingly. Would you however not be happy with your item, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt. The item must remain unworn and in its original packaging, including all enclosements such as the receipt, original tags and security sealing attached and intact.

Unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges for orders outside of the EU.
Unfortunately, no. Once the sealing is removed, we cannot accept a return. This policy is in place to ensure that the items, especially being pre-owned, are not used after purchase. The sealing helps us verify that the item remains in its sold condition, which is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our collection and the trust of our buyers and sellers.

Aftercare
Preserving the elegance and value of your luxury items requires proper care and maintenance.
Every material needs a different approach to care. When cleaning leather items, use a smooth, damp cloth. In order to avoid variation in the color of your item, keep them out of direct sunlight, and avoid touching your item directly after applying hand sanitizer or hand lotion.
Jewelry can be kept shiny by gently wiping it with a soft cloth.
Handle silk and delicate fabrics with extreme caution, keeping them away from chemicals and water. Items can be kept safe from damage by being stored in dust bags or their original packaging. Maintaining your luxury items on a regular basis guarantees their longevity and timeless appeal in addition to keeping them in excellent condition.
If your luxury item has been damaged after purchase, we recommend contacting our customer service team for guidance.
While we don't offer direct restoration services, we can provide advice on how to best proceed with repairs or recommend professional restoration services specialized in luxury items.

At Affordable Luxurys, we offer two main sales methods for your luxury items: Consignment and Direct purchase. With consignment, your item is listed and sold through our physicla store and online platform, and you receive your payment once your item is sold. With Direct purchase, we buy the item(s) from you outright. Please note that the handling time may differ depending on the amount of items you wish to sell.
We operate without fixed margins, aiming to offer flexible and fair pricing to align with the current market value of your items.

The likelihood of selling depends on various factors such as the item's brand, condition, desirability, and current market demand. We leverage our expertise and platform reach to give your item the best chance of finding a buyer, yet the final sale is influenced by the preferences and interests of our customers.
The timeline for receiving payment varies depending on the sales method. For direct sales, we aim to issue your payment within 10 business days after both parties have reached and signed an agreement.
In the case of consignment sales, a payment is issued after your item has been purchased and either picked up by the buyer or after the buyer's 14-day return period has passed, ensuring the sale is final. Thereafter, we aim to issue your payment within 10 business days.
